Our Cousin Character - Someone Who Loves Talk Randomly (Based on #JurnalRisa Team Character)

Likely what I have posted before that I will post, no, I will tell you some types of our cousins'  personalities. So, I have watched all of Jurnal Risa's youtube videos, and from that, I got analyzed the character that could be exist in our big family. I have six kinds of personalities that refer to the Jurnal Risa Team's characters. 

Disclaimer: All of the Jurnal Risa’s team personnel’s characteristics who I summarize here, are based on what I see from their Youtube videos. So, it can’t be truly exact within their native personality behind the camera off.

Every big family should have this character. Someone who likes to talk randomly without second or many times of thinking. He may seem to have lots of things in the mind, yet, he covers them by his joke and randomness. You may feel miss his jokes when he is not around you for a while.

Our Cousin Character - She's The Beauty In The Gang (Based on #JurnalRisa Team Character)

 Hi, everyone! Welcome! 

Likely what I have posted before that I will post, no, I will tell you some types of our cousins'  personalities. So, I have watched all of Jurnal Risa's youtube videos, and from that, I got analyzed the character that could be exist in our big family.          Everyone loves her because she has a pretty face and beautiful soul. It means, she is not only has a beautiful face, but also she is good and care to each other, no matter they are is her family or friend, but she treats them very well.

Taiwanese Series Review - Some Day Or One Day / 想见你 (Xian Jian Ni)

 

Taiwanese Series Review – Some Day Or One Day / 想见你 

Period aired: Late 2019 - early 2020

Channel: SETTV

The series starts with a plot where Huang Yu Xuan, a young woman, 27 yo who lives in Taipei cannot move on from her dead boyfriend, Wang Quan Sheng. He is about three years younger than Huang Yu Xuan and her junior in the university. She had missed him so much. She missed him since Wang Quan Sheng decides to study abroad, but the plane he took got an accident. From that moment, Yu Xuan has been depressed. She thinks about Quan Sheng all the time. Also, her coworkers finally have pity on her.

One day, one of Yu Xuan’s coworker invented a machine that can find people who look similar to them around the world. Some friends of hers, approve it right. And, Yu Xuan tries to type Wang Quan Sheng ‘s name on it. A picture shows it up. A portrait of a guy looks likes Wang Quan Sheng and his two friends, a girl, and a boy. The girl in the photo looks like Huang Yu Xuan, but she is pretty sure that the girl isn’t herself. Besides, Yu Xuan doesn’t know the other guy in the picture.

A clue she finds in the picture which can prove that he is Wang Quan Sheng is the 32 Record shop’s name behind the three pals.

One day Huang Yu Xuan is wakening up from her sleep while she was on the bus coming back from Wang Quan Sheng’s ceremonial. When she opens her eyes, she gets her boyfriend who has died due to the plane accident beside her hospital bed. Yeah, she wakes up in the hospital. She hugs the young man beside her and calls him Wang Quan Sheng. Not only that, she is being asked who her name, she wants to answer that her name is Huang Yu Xuan, but her lips mention her name is Chen Yun Ru. Huang Yu Xuan’s heart wants to tell that she comes from Taipei, but her lips say she stays in Tainan with her mother and her younger brother. The doctor, her mum, brother, and her two male friends feel strange within the current condition of Chen Yun Ru after she got a car accident. The doctor said that she is okay, but Chen Yun Ru seems doesn’t remember the pieces of stuff around her.

Huang Yu Xuan comes back to the year 1989, inside the body (or mind) of Chen Yun Ru. But, Huang Yu Xuan shows she still has memory about the future in 2019—her origin time living. The boy who she called by Wang Quan Sheng’s name is Li Zi Wei, he is Chen Yun Ru’s schoolmate. In the time Huang Yu Xuan plays the role of Chen Yun Ru inside her body, Yu Xuan should solve the accident Yun Ru had, and find the suspect. Also, change Yun Ru’s fate.

From the story Chen Yun Ru’s uncle told to Huang Yu Xuan when she tries recent info about Li Zi Wei in 2019. Yun Ru’s uncle shocks seeing Yu Xuan stand in front of him. Yu Xuan looks similar to his niece. Yu Xuan has similar stories to tell with what Yun Ru had told previously. Of course, it because Chen Yun Ru is Huang Yu Xuan at the time. But, the old people won’t understand how a person did a time-traveling to the past.

Oh, let we back what Yun Ru’s uncle had told Yu Xuan in 2019—in early episodes of the series. Uncle said that Chen Yun Ru died on February 14, 1990. Someone killed her.  He also said that Li Zi Wei’s family moved to Canada, meanwhile the other friend of them, Mo Jun Jie is being prisoned because he is accused as Chen Yun Ru’s killer. People saw Mo Jun Jie as the only man who exists when Chen Yun Ru had killed. Huang Yun Xuan shocks to hear the fact. She missed Li Zi Wei who she claims as Wang Quan Sheng, but in the future, she can’t find both of them.

Back to 1989, Chen Yun Ru’s life totally being changed after Yu Xuan come into her life. Yun Ru used to be a “public enemy” in the school because she always goes alone after class. In the simple words, she is lonely, not before Mo Jun Jie and Li Zi Wei is willing to be her friend. On Huang Yu Xuan’s side, Chen Yun Ru becomes more friendly, active, and loveable—not only Mo Jun Jie who loves her previously but also there is another boy in the school who admires her with his incorrect way.

Slowly but sure, Yu Xuan success to help Yun Ru find someone who had attacked her. At the same time, Yu Xuan also realizes that Li Zi Wei is Wang Quan Sheng who she had known well. Li Zi Wei had time traveled, as well in 2013 to find the real Huang Yu Xuan In the future. In the previous scene, Li Zi Wei realized that he has fallen for Huang Yu Xuan who has trapped in Chen Yun Ru’s body. It makes Chen Yun Ru is being jealous because she loves Li Zi Wei. But, Yun Ru is only a close friend to Li Zei Wei since he knows Mo Jun Jie is liking Yun Ru so much.

In 2013, Li Zi Wei comes back for a while to Taiwan from Canada to arrange some matters about his family's sold house in Taipei, and he makes time to visit his best friend in the jail. Mo Jun Jie refused to meet Li Zi Wei there. Li Zi Wei is frustrated he can’t talk a lot with Mo Jun Jie.

Huang Yu Xuan’s motives to change the past increase. She may lose all of her memories and togetherness with Wang Quan Sheng in 2013-2017, but she is okay and she is already make a deal with it. She thinks if she keeps the walkman which a cassette and song in it bring someone to the past, the accident won’t never stop. Huang Yu Xuan would come back to the past; Li Zi Wei would fall in love with Huang Yu Xuan in Chen Yun Ru’s; Chen Yun Ru’s keep face her death in 1990; and, the worst one is actually Yu Xuan’s future psychiatry, Xie Zhongru, who has a mentality sickness, coming back to the era, got obsessed with Chen Yun Ru, and tried to attack her.

Chen Yun Ru take a part-time job in her uncle’s record shop. It sold many jazz musicians’ records, but Chen Yun Ru loved the pop song. She often plays her favorite song in the shop when she had her job, or she listens to it by walkman and listens everywhere she goes. A song title Last Dance had presented by Wu Bai & China Blue, that brings Huang Yu Xuan travels to 1989 when she fell asleep in the bus on the way her home in Taipei after attending Wang Quan Sheng death ceremony. Also, in 2013, Li Zi Wei got into a car accident after he failed to ask Mo Jun Jie have a chat in the jail. Li Zi Wei used to like the song because it played so well in the record shop and asked Yun Ru to keep one for him. Nevertheless, Yun Ru never tells Zi Wei that the cassette is re-stock in order Li Zi Wei and his friend, Mo Jun Jie, more often come to the record shop.  Since both of the real of Chen Yun Ru and Huang Yu Xuan in the past played Last Dance several times, Zi Wei got used to like it. The last, Xie Zhongru or Huang Yu Xuan know as dr. Xie, due to he’s Yu Xuan’s psychiatry. He accidentally comes back to 1989 when he has a chance to listen to that song by Yu Xuan’s walkman.

Oh, that walkman, it is can belong to Chen Yun Ru that Huang Yu Xuan brings to the future, or actually Li Zi Wei—no, Wang Quan Sheng who give it to Huang Yu Xuan as her birthday present.

Who was the first person who starts the circle of the game? Huang Yu Xuan? Chen Yun Ru, who asks to help by a dream to someone over there? Or, Xie Zhongru?

This series aired in Taiwan in late 2019 until 2020. You can watch it on viki.com in your own language subtitle. Even though it has been about a year ago, I still want you to know about this great time-traveling-themed. I love how they made the transitions from the past and the future; and how to bring the audience mindset from the real era of Huang Yu Xuan’s living to the past and meet Li Zi Wei, Chen Yun Ru, and Mo Jun Jie.

Some Day or One Day has beautiful and meaningful theme songs that we never get bored with when we listen to it anytime. Also, make me want to experience a time-traveling to the past to meet him back there and said to him: good luck with your tough journeys. You are so great!

In Jurnal Risa's video, he’s not the oldest, but he looks the wisest one. Perhaps, it is caused by his style and how he thinks—he looks mature. The other team often makes him their guardian since he has a strong ability to solve a problem. But, he is still an obedient child who listens to their seniors.

The Cousin Type Based on Jurnal Risa Team Personnel Characters [PREFACE]

 Hi Readers,

Before you read this post further, let me ask you some questions. And you can answer them only in your mind.

1. Do you have siblings?

2. How close your relationship between you?

3. How many cousins do you have?

4. Who is your cousin close to you?

5. Do you know your cousins well?

6. Can you mention your cousins' image characters?

 

Alright. 

Have you thought about those questions? And, have you got the answer? If you could answer all of those questions, then I congrats to you. That means you already know your whole—I mean, your cousins well. Congratulations and keep it up! However, if you are still in doubt about one thing, I will give you hints for that. I will sort the type of our cousin personalities which it will probably exist almost big family.

Dear Bosses, what your new employees think about your company?

Dear Bosses,

I will represent your new employees or some fresh graduates thinking when they enter your company for doing their first experience of work. I understand if these ones can not highly relate to your company since every company has its own standard of operation (SOP), right? But, I hope you got some insight about what your employee wants as they work under your company, likely the facilities they will get, and the pride to work in the organization. I guess this is the reason how important a Human Resources (HR) staff’s duty in the company. They will keep the company's reputation in the public by recruiting good employees and provide the best support system for the employees inside the office building.

 

Hereby, I do not talk from an HR point of view. But, I used to handle HR administration and recruit one or two new staff. I want to share some insights from new staffs when they enter the door’s company on their first day of work.

 

Disclaimer: It is all about some fresh-graduated employee thoughts, count in me and my friends when we had a job interview for some companies.

 

Let’s get started…

1. What will we get from your company?

We know the main reason we applied to the company is that we need a job, a monthly pay so we could survive in our daily life. Also, people said that the first company we enter after graduate from school is the best way to add more value and skills. We do not expect we look for another company or job if the organization makes us improve a lot.

A good leader, an organized structure, a solid teammate, and etc. We expect we get this information from the HR department at the time they call us for the job interview.

 

2. Are our supervisors care enough about our private life?

I mean, this statement is about a work-life balance. People expect they got a work-life balance. We come to the office building at 8 a.m. and finish our work time at 5 p.m. That means, our-nine-hours, from Monday to Friday we give for the company. Then, let us enjoy the rest of our hours in a day for our personal matters to have some quality time with our beloved family and friends. Thank you.

 

3. What pride to be a member of your company?

Based on some stories from my friends who work in different companies: from small or start-up companies, middle-level companies, and five-starred companies, I believe it will set our mind to have pride being one of the members in your company. It is like:

“Hello, it is me. I am ____. And work in ____”.

If I still handle HR responsibility, I would be proud of my coworkers say it to their relatives' outside organization proudly. It will be the HR department's key to success to bring a good reputation to the public.

 

4. Do we have an independent department?

What is an HR Independent? What is it like?

In my deep opinion, HR Departement should be stood by its feet, and ha no interfere with other departments. Why? Because HR personnel would arrange all of employees matters—employee personal data, employee family members data—of course, the salary that employee would get in the period. Those are basic kinds of stuff that another employee from another department can not overhear. If I could illustrate it, the HR Department area should be located at the end of the corridor in the lowest level or highest level of the building so that not every person or employee could reach it. Hehehe.

How will HR personnel work?

As an independent HR personnel work, their duty is to bridge between the executives and the management; and most industry also has HR personnel to bridge the management level and the staffs. It depends on their needs.

In comparison to my friends’ experience work in the companies with an Independent HR Departement and which have not independent HR yet:

- With an Independent HR Department, employees would feel safe about their rights; they could guarantee their life insurance would be saved under the company; and of course, employee trust to the company will be an increase, as well.

- On the other hand, I think I no need to write it in full since it’s kind of contradictive things.

 

5. How is our Health and Safety Environment?

Oh, I already told you a bit about this part in the last paragraph of the previous number.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) the program would have a close relation to governance regulation, especially in human resources ministry. The state—I mean, the government has the best rule for all workers in the land, including the pieces of stuff about health, safety, and the environment in the area of working. Next, the company—the top management and HR Departement would adjust the regulation into the organization culture. So, employees would get an advantage from it.

Alright, I think it Is I want to share with you all. I hope readers who read this blog post will get some insight into the basic duties of HR staff, and give your respect toward them. Their duties not only about your satisfaction to work in the company/organization, more than that they hold a big responsibility. It is trust.
