  The year 2017 means so much to me. in that year I got a lot of lessons.   I started to understand how to bring care to myself. I learned I should be responsible for mine because none would do that better than myself. I understood that something I had isn't as beautiful as what I thought before. Also,  real life isn’t as pretty as the series I have watched.   Year 2017 has encouraged me. At the time, I learned to move on from the past. I should forget about someone who went without any clue where he’d gone. I thought I will have a nice circumstance without meeting him anymore. I have some new friends, I got better prosperity for my next carrier level. And, finally, I would come to him with the new version of me. I keep upgrading myself for it. Year 2017.   Hi, everyone! Welcome!  Likely what I have posted before that I will post, no, I will tell you some types of our cousins'  personalities. So, I have watched all of Jurnal Risa's youtube videos, and from that, I got analyzed the character that could be exist in our big family.  Let’s we see the Indonesian youngster of Men Singles. We could say he is one of four Indonesian Next-Promising-badminton player in men single section. In 2021 he just got promoted to the main group (adult stage). Let’s talk more about him. As he is still a junior in the national team, not much info I could collect about him.   Hey, listen up.  How old are you now?  How's your life going recently? Is it what you want?  What was your childhood dream? What is your dream now? What type of person do you want to be? Have you forgiven your past? Have you forgotten about it? Have you released the man from your past out of your mind and your heart? Can you let someone new stay by your side and replace him? Hey,  I know that you already had those questions' answers. I also know that you knew what you should do. But, the thing is, have you work on it?  The past is already over. Referring to what I have posted before about “ Dear Bosses, What Employees Thinks About Your Company? ”, and I have mentioned some points which relate about employees satisfaction under of workplace environment and HR personnel successful duties. I see both of them have a mutualism. Based on my friends' work experiences, companies are putting HR positions as one of the vital roles in the organization, just like Finance and Legal Departement.
